FAQ:

Do I have to take it off at the Airport?

Not at all!! You can wear through security without having any issues, you wont be required to remove it during security screening. There is not metal like iron, nickel or cobalt.

HOW PERMANENT IS IT?

Unlike that spontaneous tattoo you may regret, permanent jewelry is only as permanent as you would like it to be. Whenever you are ready to part ways, it’s easy to remove yourself.

WHAT DOES THE PROCESS LOOK LIKE?

One of our specially trained welders will help you select a chain and find the fit that you are most comfortable with, then weld the 2 ends together on your wrist. Don’t worry! It’s a painless process.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Each appointment slot can accommodate up to 3 people total. If you have a larger group, we’d love to assist you! Please email us at ibrowsbyolga@gmail.com to schedule.

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

A deposit of $15 is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Your deposit is non-refundable and will be credited to your final receipt. We have it set up this way to ensure that customers who make appointments intend to keep them! Our’s time is, well, gold.

CAN I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT FOR A LARGE GROUP?

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE THE FIT?

We will take into consideration your preferred fit and will help you find the size that feels best for you, ensuring it isn’t too tight or too loose.

CAN I SEE THE CHAINS ON ME BEFORE I SELECT ONE?

Absolutely. We want you to love your Live In Permanent Jewelry, so we will show you how the chain will look on you before you make your choice.

ONCE IT’S ON, CAN I EXCHANGE IT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

No- think of this as a long-term relationship. Once your jewelry has been welded, it’s yours for as long as the romance lives. So be sure you love it before committing!

HOW SHOULD I CLEAN IT?

We recommend gently washing your permanent jewelry regularly with mild soap and water, especially after swimming or sweating. Be sure to rinse it well and gently pat dry. You can use the polishing cloth you receive at your appointment to maintain that lustrous glow.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT BREAKS?

No worries! Your permanent jewelry can be re-welded at no charge within the first 60 days. Just email us at ibrowsbyolga@gmail.com to schedule a time. After 60 days, you can have your permanent jewelry re-welded for $15 by booking a new appointment.
